Welcome to KLAR Lab (lab.klar.ing), operated by Emplicure Consumer AB (org. no. 559282-6431) ("KLAR Lab", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
KLAR products contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. This website and its products are intended for existing adult nicotine and tobacco users only. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Sweden to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet both requirements.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, for reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, or an error in price or product information.
The KLAR Lab Mint tester pack (and any future Lab products) is limited to one tester pack per Lab member per calendar quarter. We reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed this limit.
Shipping
We currently ship within Sweden only.

Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen 2005:59), which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, email lab@klar.ing within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a note that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Please note: as KLAR products are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken. The product must be unopened to be eligible for withdrawal.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Other returns
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email lab@klar.ing with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
This does not affect any other statutory right you may have under Swedish or EU consumer protection law.
Payment methods
Checkout is provided by Qliro. Through Qliro Checkout, you can choose to pay by invoice, Swish, or Trustly.
Secure checkout
Payment is processed by Qliro on its own secure, encrypted checkout, hosted off our website. The underlying site is served over HTTPS throughout, so your details are protected from the moment you begin checkout through to order confirmation.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about your order that we are unable to resolve directly, you may refer the dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
